A little of this and a little of that...

I can't believe that it's Saturday already but i am happy to be able to share a new card that i created for all of you.  I guess if you stop by enough you will here me say how i love to mix Becca's dies and today i did just that.  I used the Hemstitch Ovals for my simple base and then layered on a few of my favorites with lots of texture and some handmade flowers.

It's fun to use a die in a way that you probably wouldn't think about it so after i cut all the base pieces and attached them to my card base i cut the Tiera Rondelle die out of that beautiful soft pink card stock and folded it around the center pink oval.  Then i cut out one of the die pieces from Isadora Trinkets and glued it under the Tiera Rondelle edges to add even more detail.

Here is a good view to see the beautiful details in the dies and also the inside that i decorated and also stamped with a sentiment.  Sometimes you just want to create something beautiful and putting the sentiment inside is the perfect finish to it.

And my flowers that you see above are created with the cute flower die from Isadora Trinkets.  They make a gorgeous layered flower and each one is hand pressed and then gently fitted together with stamens for the centers.  The ribbons are hand died silk ribbons and i added just a touch of sparkles and some ivory pearls.

I love the feminine look of this and the gorgeous details in the dies are amazing!

And--- if you have time today be sure and stop over to see Becca Feeken live in London sharing her newest collection of dies called Romancing the Swirl.  They are gorgeous and you get to see all of the new dies and Becca too... here is the link with the times: http://www.amazingpapergrace.com/hochanda-show-dates-and-times/
